If your building has a secure entry or a visitor car space, add the details in your booking notes.
Weekly or fortnightly for larger houses
In a bigger house, a weekly or fortnightly booking lets each visit focus on upkeep rather than catching up. Regular cleans are discounted, there is no fixed term, and our Fair Go Policy applies: if the estimated time runs short, we add 15 to 30 minutes at no extra charge. That extension doesn’t apply to one-off cleans.

Cleaning before a routine inspection
In the ACT, tenants are responsible for taking care of the property and keeping it reasonably clean. A landlord can inspect the property during the first month of the tenancy, during the final month, and twice in each 12-month period from when the tenancy began, with at least one week’s written notice. Access is not allowed on Sundays or public holidays, or before 8 am or after 6 pm.
