Deep clean or regular clean: which do you need?
Both cover the same rooms and tasks. A deep clean books more time, so your cleaner can deal with build-up properly instead of giving it a quick once-over.
- Choose a deep clean if your home hasn’t been cleaned in the last month, or isn’t cleaned on a regular basis. We ask for a deep clean in these cases so the job gets the time it needs.
- Spring clean or a deeper refresh: a one-off deep clean is made for it.
- Keeping it clean afterwards? A regular weekly or fortnightly clean takes less time each visit.
- Moving out of a rental? Book an end of lease clean instead: it follows our end of lease checklist and is priced by bedrooms and bathrooms.
What’s included in your deep clean
Your cleaner works through your home for the hours you book, using the same checklist as our regular cleans:
- Dusting throughout
- Vacuuming, sweeping and mopping floors
- Kitchen cleaning
- Bathroom and toilet cleaning
- Wiping down surfaces, mirrors and marks on walls
- Emptying bins and changing bin liners
- Window cleaning (ask us about outside windows)
- Any other cleaning task inside the house you ask for, within your booked hours
Tell us your priorities in the booking form’s instructions box, such as shower screens or a particular room, and your cleaner starts there.
Optional extras
Add oven cleaning or carpet steam cleaning to your deep clean. Extras aren’t part of the hourly clean and are charged separately. Want outside windows cleaned too? Ask us.

Check the clean before your cleaner leaves
Near the end of your clean, walk through the house with your cleaner and point out anything you’d like touched up while they’re still there. If you can’t be home, the cleaner finishes when your booked hours are up.
A return visit to re-clean after the cleaner has left is charged as a new booking. Terms apply.

Yes. Tell us your priorities in the booking form and your cleaner starts there. If you book fewer hours, we focus on your priorities and may not complete every task.
Do I need to supply cleaning products or equipment?
No. Our cleaners bring their own equipment and products. If you’d like us to use yours, just let us know.
Do I need to be home?
No, as long as we can get in. If you are home near the end, walk through with your cleaner so anything you want touched up is done before they leave.
