How your cleaning time works
To give you peace of mind, we provide an estimated cleaning time based on the size of your home. These estimates are designed to give you a clear idea of how long the service might take. However, our priority is delivering a thorough, high-quality clean, and we’ll never rush the job to fit into a strict timeframe. On the rare occasion that the estimated time isn’t enough, our Fair Go Policy comes into effect. For regular cleanings, we’ll extend the service by an additional 15-30 minutes at no extra charge. If more time is required to meet our high standards, we’ll always discuss any additional charges with you beforehand.
With our straightforward package pricing, you pay for the allocated time, and our cleaner will assist you with any cleaning task inside the house. For any additional time, you will be charged at a discounted rate mentioned in the invoice. Our skilled staff is police-checked (certificates available on request), giving you peace of mind. Fully insured. Cover details are available on request.
Near the end of your clean, walk through with your cleaner and point out anything you’d like touched up while they’re still there. A return visit after the cleaner has left is charged as a new booking. Terms apply.

Dust, allergens and smoke: what a regular clean takes care of
A regular clean can help reduce dust and allergens in your home. It isn’t a treatment for asthma or allergies. The Better Health Channel says dust contains many allergen particles, and suggests using a damp cloth to dust furniture instead of dry dusting, and vacuuming or mopping floors regularly, preferably when the person with asthma is not in the vicinity (Better Health Channel: asthma-friendly home).
Its house dust mite advice adds vacuuming weekly, including the seams of mattresses and upholstered furniture, and notes that you may air the house for an hour or so after vacuuming (Better Health Channel: house dust mite).
Canberra and Queanbeyan: after a smoky day
The ACT Government’s Bushfire Smoke and Air Quality Strategy covers both significant bushfire smoke events and smoke from wood heaters. When the air outside is poor, ACT Health advises closing windows and doors until outdoor air quality is better, and using a portable air cleaner with a HEPA filter if you have access to one. Once air quality has been much worse and is improving, it may be a good time to open and air out your house (ACT Health: air quality health advice). No, but it helps to be there near the end so you can walk through with your cleaner and point out anything you’d like touched up.
