- Construction dust cleaned from floors, walls and surfaces
- Excess paint, cement, grout and other surface residue removed
- Standard waste and leftover construction rubbish removed
- Vacuuming, dusting, sweeping and mopping throughout
- Kitchen cleaning, including sinks and appliances
- Bathrooms and toilets cleaned
- Windows cleaned inside and outside, plus mirrors and other glass

When to book your builders clean
- After the trades finish: book once the building work is complete, so fresh dust doesn’t settle on a finished clean.
- Before handover or move-in: renovations, extensions, new homes, offices and larger commercial builds.
- Book ahead: a few weeks’ notice gives you the best choice of dates. We can sometimes arrange a clean at short notice.
- On the day: move furniture or stored items that would get in the way, and give us access details such as keys or codes.
How builders cleaning is priced
Builders cleans are booked by estimated total cleaner-hours, with a minimum of 5 hours. You choose the hours when you book online.
$388.60 for 5 hours, then $69.60 for each extra hour (incl. GST).

- We’ll confirm the details with you. You’ll get a “We’ve received your cleaning request” email, then our team confirms the scope, date, time and arrangements.

Near the end of the clean, walk through the site with your cleaner and point out anything you’d like touched up while they’re still there. A return visit after the clean is charged as a new booking. Terms apply.

What does a builders clean include?
Construction dust, debris and standard waste are cleaned up and removed; paint, cement and grout residue is cleaned off surfaces; floors are vacuumed and mopped; kitchens, bathrooms and toilets are cleaned; and windows are cleaned inside and outside.
Do you clean after renovations as well as new builds?
Yes. We clean homes and commercial spaces after renovations and construction projects, from a single room to a large commercial space.
Do you remove builders’ rubbish?
Standard waste and leftover construction rubbish are removed as part of the clean. Tell us what’s left on site when you request your quote so we can include it.
