- No lock-in contracts: choose a flexible arrangement with no fixed term, or a 6- or 12-month agreement at a lower rate. Every business is different, so we cater for both.

How often should strata cleaning be done?
Most buildings need common areas cleaned at least once a week, and high-traffic areas more often.
Can strata cleaning be customised for my building?
Yes. We work with you to agree a cleaning schedule and scope of work that suit your building and its residents.
Can residents be present during strata cleaning?
Yes. Residents don’t need to leave the building, though cleaning is quicker when common areas are clear.
What if a clean isn’t right?

Quotation Validity:

Payment Terms:
Payment is due within 7 days from the invoice date, unless a different arrangement has been previously agreed upon.
Contract terms: no lock-in contracts. Choose a flexible arrangement with no fixed term, or a 6- or 12-month agreement at a lower rate. Every business is different, so we cater for both.
Inclusions in the Quote:
The quoted price includes all cleaning hours specified in the quote. Should multiple cleaners be assigned to your service, the total cleaning time will be the aggregate of each cleaner’s hours. Our quote encompasses all necessary cleaning equipment and standard cleaning chemicals, which will be exclusively used by our professional cleaning staff. For gardening services, all quotes exclude plants, pesticides, fertilizers, waste collection, and special equipment. If requested, these can be provided at cost price, ensuring your garden receives exactly what it needs without unnecessary expenses.
