- If your street has timed or permit-zone parking and you are not eligible for visitor permits, Whitehorse City Council’s service parking permit gives tradespeople and similar services an exemption from timed restrictions for up to a month. You need proof of residency and a quote or receipt showing the dates.

Planning your end of lease clean in Box Hill
