A pet registered with another Victorian council can be transferred free for the current registration period with a Certificate of Current Registration from that council; a renewal notice from that council is not sufficient. The transferred registration is only valid until the next 10 April. Whitehorse also notes that it does not update microchip information, so update your microchip registration company whenever your contact details change.

Before your final inspection
In Victoria, renters must leave the property reasonably clean, with fair wear and tear excepted, and the condition report from the start of the agreement is the reference. Since 29 March 2021 a rental provider can only require professional cleaning at the end of the tenancy if the property was professionally cleaned immediately before you moved in and you were told, or if it is needed to return the property to its condition at the start, allowing for fair wear and tear.
